I have highlighted the names of those individuals who have a birth, death or marriage connection to Ireland. Although the earliest presence in this tree - so far - seems to be in the late 1700s, it would not surprise me if earlier branches of this family also had major connections with Ireland.
The main basis for my suspicion is that the family crest of the JACKSONs of Doncaster included three shovellers (ducks) as did the family crest of the JACKSONs of Coleraine.
