NOTE: In 1911 Robert was age 30 (b 1881) and Mary was 34 (b 1877). They had a 2 year old son, William Hamilton. In 1901 Robert was age 22 living with his unmarried siblings: James (age 26), Mary Eliza (age 28) & Margaret A. (age 24)

NOTE: Shrigley is a small satellite industrial village - about a mile north-west of Killyleagh - which grew up around the large six-storey cotton mill built in 1824 by John Martin.
