DAVID JACKSON PHOTO COLLECTION

The photos on this page were originally in the collection of Gika Jackson, the widow of Ernest Jackson, both of Harlow, England.She was kind enough to give me these photos to share with the extended family when I visited in October 2003.

Although none of the photos are dated, the first would seem to show David Jackson in his late teens and early twenties, in other words sometime between 1870 and 1880.

David Jackson was married December 28, 1893 to Margaret Louisa Wright, the daughter of Robert Wright and Sarah Jane Reed. Many of the Wright family had been involved in financial businesses in the Far East for some time and other family members had also married into the Wright family.
