ROD: 376-272-250765. as transcribed from P.R.O.N.I D/2433/A/5/3 Caledon Estate Lease Book. Sett to Robert Oliver from 1st May 1735, for the lives of the said Robert Oliver and John and James Oliver, sons of said Robert. Yearly rent £8.3.7 , payable half yearly above taxes (quit rent excepted ) Duties 9s 9d and two days work at the mill race when demanded, or 1 sh. in lieu thereof. The lessee to build one dwelling house 40 ft long, 18 ft wide and 17 1/2 ft high. To plant an orchard with 20 apple and pear trees, etc. The rest of the improvements as in the former lease. To pay an additional rent of £1.12 0 in case clauses are not fulfilled. To pay the same additional rent if alienation without consent. Turff in the bog of Lismuldown.
Improvements as returned by Robert Oliver May 1752.
One dwelling house, 50 ft long, 20 ft wide and s ft high of stone and lime. Office Houses, one 43 ft long, 19 ft wide and 7 ft high. Another 44 ft long and 6 ft high, of stone and clay. An orchard with 35 apple and pear trees. The farm well ditched and quicked. Number of Ash 680.
On viewing the improvements, houses and orchard good and as returned. The outmearings badly enclosed and planted. The inside well ditched and quicked, but few Ash.
Two years from May 1752 allowed Robert Oliver to finish his improvements. If not done in this time, to pay yearly penalty from May 1754 and Two years to be allowed to pay back rise rent from 1740.
1774 April 29th. Said Robert Oliver dyed.

Deed Poll btw Robert OLIVER of Lismullaghdown parish of Aughalow and County of Tyrone of 1 pt & Mark OLIVER of the aforesaid town of the other pt. transfer of and in Lismulladown then in possession of Mark OLIVER for term of 10 years until the debts of the sd Robert OLIVER are thereby fully paid. At the yearly profit rent of 10 pounds. Witnessed by Thomas DAVISON & James OLIVER both of Lismulladown. & Robert PETTIGREW of Crilly, Co Tyrone.
