There are few JACKSONs remaining in Co. Meath post-1858. There are still some mysteries concerning the Lisnaboe
JACKSONs – what is life without a little mystery? - but many of them are all
well documented and included in my family
tree at Rootsweb, as well as in an individual tree of the Jacksons
of Lisnaboe on my website. Robert JACKSON presents a more interesting problem. More
work is clearly needed. The JACKSONs had deep roots in Loughgall, Co. Armagh,
and I have yet to plumb them.
