WITNESS: Patrick CONOLLY[7], Toanaghmore,[8] Lands surveyor; [?] McALESTOR[9] of Annavaghy[10], farmer.
[1] Charles COULTER of Roachdale, Co. Louth, farmer. Since Roachdale is in Annaghvackey. I suspect he is the Charles COULTER, son of James COULTER and hence grandson of Charles COULTER and Mary McEVERS. [2] Roachdale,in the Parish of Annaghvacky, Parish of Creggan, This was residence for generations of DICKIEs, COULTERs and BRADFORDs who all intermarried. [3] Patrick LENNON of Carrickstook farmer [4] Carrickstook aka Carrickastuck, a townland of 229 acres in the Parish of Phillipstown, Co. Louth. [5] James COULTER the elder of Carrickistook. I assume this is the son of Charles COULTER and Mary McEVERS. [6] William COULTER of Carrickistook, farmer. He probably the brother of Samuel, Charles and John COULTER. [7] Patrick CONOLLY, Toanaghmore, Lands surveyor. In an earlier deed: 584 191 396573, dated 1803 Dec 5 there is a Patrick CONNOLLY of Cavanamore, farmer [8] Toanaghmore, aka Tawnamore a townland of 180 acres in the Parish of Creggan, Co. Louth. [9] [?] McALESTOR of Annavaghy, farmer [10] Annavacky aka Annaghvacky, a townland of 369 Acres in the Civil Parish of Creggan, Barony of Upper Dundalk, Co. Louth.
