Armagh Esq. For the three lives of John SMITH, Charles NUTTLE [?], and John APPLEBY for yearly rent of 8 pounds 14s  & 3 halfpence fees and duties included… in consideration of 130 pounds paid by James OLIVER of the Town of Armagh, Gent made lands of Breagh over to James OLIVER, his heirs Exors and Assigns  for the residue and remainder of the life and lives  named.. Witness. Edward GLASSY of [blank] Co. Monaghan & George FLETCHER of Town of Armagh, Hosier. SEE: OLIVERs of Ballyrea-Killynure, Co. Armagh NOTE: There are three townlands named Breagh – in Parishes with are contiguous: Tartaraghan, Drumcree, and Seagoe. There is also a townland called Breaghey in the townland of Tynan. It is the one that is most likely because of adjacent holdings held by the OLIVERs.
